FRED BAY MEMORIAL FUND
We recently suffered the loss of Fred Bay, a dedicated Warren County Park District commissioner who was responsible for a great many ideas and improvements in our Parks. In addition to leaving behind a huge void in our Park District family, Fred's absence is felt deeply within the Warren County Astronomical Society and throughout the community.
The Friends of WCPD are collecting donations in Fred's memory to be used in establishing a memorial at the Hisey Park Observatory.
